In short, my speeding ticket record expired, insurance payment goes down and I was thinking of switching shortly before my biannual payment; David here, however, managed to give me couple reminder calls over the past weeks, despite me missing two verbal walkin appointment times due to my tight schedule, I eventually got in for the renewal and his attitude was still absolutely positive; the interesting part is, he claimed another customer had issue finding this place on Google map and ask if I can try it on my phone, I knew he's trying to get my Google map review instantly but he also said that he's just trying to improve the company's status as when he first started, there were only two reviews online... Well, I buy his persistence and self-motivation, so I'm leaving this positive review and he totally deserves it by earning an almost lost customer for his company as well as boosting the reputation. *Thumbs up*
