The rental office closes at 8:00 PM. They don’t warn you of this. All the company does is tell you to call the shuttle pick up number to be taken to the rental office. Well if your flight lands after 8:00 PM you will be stranded in the shuttle zone with no recourse or help. The fact that a major company could do something like this is a huge red flag. Imagine if you got into a dispute with them. There is a severe lack of professionalism and accountability. I went to a competitor at the airport and got new car for $1 more. Saving a few dollars is not worth the risk of doing business with Ace.
