Do not take your car to this place. My car wouldn't start and the driver of the tow truck that picked me up recommended this place. "It'll be way cheaper than the dealer" he said. So I went with it. Bad call. Mac couldn't find anything wrong with the car, so he recommended a full service on the car even though I had just gotten a major service a month before at the dealer. Insisting that the dealer didn't know what they were doing, he took my car and told me he'd take care of it. He ended up giving my car a buttload of stuff I didn't need. Having your car professionally detailed is great and all, but it's not something I had in mind budget wise when I told him to get my car to start again. And when I came back to the shop, he handed me a $900 bill even though he said that he couldn't find any problems with the car. I know it's my bad for agreeing to the work in the first place, but charging people $900 when all they really needed (and originally asked for) was a new battery is bullshit. Oh, and when I came to pick up my car, I found new "European Coach Auto Repair" license plate frames on both the front and back license plates. Yes, European Coach, I would love to drive around town giving your crappy business free advertising. Jerks.

I took my car in and Mack knew immediately what was wrong with my car and how he was going to fix it. He is definitely an expert on mini cooper repairs, and I was quite impressed. His shop is super clean organized, which I was kinda surprised by since most auto shops are dirty and cluttered. He also made it easier on me by giving me a loaner car when I agreed to have perform the work. He promised my car back to me in 3 days along with a couple of other things he was going to fix on my car for being a referral from a bmw dealership. To my surprise! I got my car back in 3 days! My transmission was fixed, and the car runs really smooth! He did exactly what he was going to say he will do plus a few extra!!!, and I am more than happy with the results! He does know his stuff about mini coopers, and does an excellent job at all the work he and his crew performs on European cars - especially mini coopers! If you ever need your car to be fixed- you should come here! Mack is a very interesting owner- lots of personality and knowledge! I will not be taking my car back to the dealership anymore!
