I seen your commercials about having great reviews online. I do see that you have great reviews. I also see that you have the same complaints that almost all dealerships have. Customer service in the service department. Standard oil changes taking far too long. My suggestion upgrade your department to be different and all the other dealerships. Honda has a quick lube that used to work. Now it gets backed up just like everywhere else. An oil change shouldn't take more than 20 minutes during the busy time and 10 minutes when it's slow. I'd much rather have my car serviced at the dealership but I hate waiting. I do like Lexus and Mercedes because they give us loaner cars. But I feel the cars are overpriced. In closing I like Ford's but it looks like your service department is the same as everyone else.
