I emailed for a quote, including the number of signs, dimensions, materials, and images needed. Andrea wrote back to ask why my number was not a San Diego number and wanted to come to the business location. I explained I was just the PA and the business was located in SD, would she please just quote it. She wrote back again asking questions that had been answered. I replied again clarifying information, asking a question....and she wrote back and told me to go to FastSigns, which is exactly what we're doing because their customer service was much better than here. If Andrea doesn't know what she's doing, or can't understand emails, perhaps she's better suited in another position, so another client doesn't have to wait all day on a quote that never comes.

Our CPA office changed ownership and we had to rebrand the building, to the new ownership brand, in a building being leased. There were a lot of moving parts and Andrea and her team did an outstanding job of creating the new signage, helping with the paint color selection, and the sign for the door and suite too! Andrea came to our office many times with samples, or just to go over the project with us, and we so appreciate the attentiveness and ability to talk about what we needed while at the job site...I would 110% recommend them to anyone needing sign work!
