Point Loma SDA Church in San Diego, California

For a Church, I am appalled at the way the Pastor reacts to finding cars in his parking lot. A young man had just received some heartbreaking news from family back home, on Christmas Eve. He was on his way here when he pulled over to have a moment. Instead of the Pastor being a Christian man & doing the right thing, he instead called the police because there was a car parked in his parking lot! Then left a note saying not to park here again or the police would be called. Which he had already done. Seeing as how we were out looking for him because we thought something bad had happened when he didn’t show up on time, I know for a FACT this was not the only vehicle in the parking lot BUT it was the only one with this note. If my church back home had a Pastor that acted this way about a car being parked in the parking lot (on Christmas Eve, none-the-less) I’d be ashamed & I’d leave that church! How UNchristlike this was. May you pray for forgiveness Pastor Glenn. And next time, think like a man of god & react in such a way.

I visited this Church only once as I was new in town. The sermon was O.K. but it seemed to be missing the Spirit. The attendance was very low. However there were a few people who were very warm and welcoming. While introducing me to the Pastor the Pastor never even shook my hand he looked away uttered a word or two and walked off. While at lunch after worship he never said another word to me. It then came clear to me why the Church was empty. This Church NEEDS prayer.
