SACRAMENTO – The Senate Rules Committee, chaired by Senate President pro Tempore Toni G. Atkins (D-San Diego), appointed Paul Gothold Ed.D. to the California Collaborative for Educational Excellence Governing Board on Wednesday, January 11. 'Paul Gothold has made it his life's work to improve equity in our educational systems to better support positive outcomes for students. His efforts have been instrumental, most recently having helped San Diego County reduce the number of criminalized youth and increase graduation rates,' Pro Tem Atkins said.
